| Printing Quotes Since our inception we have had the pleasure of a single source relationship with one of the best printers in the country. In addition, and most importantly, their staff has been an integral part our team and a major factor in the growth and success or our magazine. We realize our agents are always meeting clients/contacts in the print and mailing industry and often these clients would like to quote on the printing and mailing of our magazine. Incentives is a business, and as such, is always looking to save money and/or increase value for our advertisers. However, long standing relationships like the one we currently have with our printer, can not and should not be "tossed" just to save a few dollars. In consideration of the aforementioned, we have outlined (below) the specifications and services we require in order to entertain competing bids. All services below MUST be supplied by a single source vendor with a single, dedicated, point of contact. Production Requirements
In the form below the column "Count" is the total number of magazines printed and mailed per book (Culpeper is one book, Fauquier is another book, etc.) we mail multiple books each cycle. Different books have different counts therefore we need the pricing in the various counts below. The column "Pages" refers to the number of pages in each individual book or issue. Some books may have 8 pages, some 16, and others 24. The number of pages varies per book and per issue - therefore we need the pricing for all possible options based on the total "Count" for each.
